Our service begins with a personal visit to review your requirements and determine your needs and expectations.  Then our staff will screen and select qualified candidates for you to meet and interview.  You will select the appropriate individual for the position.  These interviews are usually done in the client's home.  After selection, there is a two-week trial period.  If for any reason this is not a good match, we will then provide another candidate for you.
